The Bartolozzi Law Firm is formed by Roberto Bartolozzi, Pietro Rocchi, Michele Paoletti, Marco Ferraris.

Avv. Roberto Bartolozzi graduated from the University of Pisa and began his professional activity in a maritime law firm in Genoa in 1975.

He has been a journalist since 1971, working on maritime matters. He mainly deals with “hull” insurance.

He contributed to the formulation of Italian insurance conditions for pleasure craft, by determining the criteria of interpretation adopted by uniform case law.

Since the eighties he has been the lawyer for the Cereal and Seed Trade Arbitration Chamber in Genoa and contributed to the formation of the precedents that established the nature and criteria of interpretation in free arbitration, before it was codified.

Currently he is the president of this association.
